  • December 11 -  Once again we have received good news.
    They found ZERO Philly Chromosomes, so I am still in remission.
     

  • June 27 -    I just received the results, ALL MY BLOOD CAME BACK PERFECT. 
    The PCR/ABL (9;22) Fusion Test result was 0.000 ! They found   ZERO   Philly chromosomes out of the 100,000 cells tested.  I am still in total remission!!
    Reds, Whites and Platelets were all within normal range, as well.  Woo Hoo!

2007

  • June 1 -    I just received the results, ALL MY BLOOD CAME BACK PERFECT. 
    The PCR/ABL (9;22) Fusion Test result was 0.000 ! They found   ZERO   Philly chromosomes out of the 100,000 cells tested.  I am still in total remission!!
     

  • May 16 - Well, this is the first time I have gone 6 months between office visits and blood test.  We shall see how it goes.  The morning started at Overlook Family Practice with my GP for an annual physical.  Then I  went to Overlook Oncology and had my checkup.  They are running a CBC & PCR study to look for the Philly chromosomes.  Results should be back in a couple of weeks.
